The redevelopment of the city gate/temple of the winds precinct was completed in 2023. The project involved the removal of the old gates and fence line, excavation of all the existing roads, new concrete kerbs, pier footings and slabs for paving, paving through the new gate and in the temple of the winds, rendered piers, metal stepped and curved fencing, bespoke gates, irrigation, large scale asphalt, rock mulch and turf.
